Young Huynh – Vice President Of External Affairs

Young Huynh is working for Atlanta Journal Constitutions and Minh Hai Financial Services. He is the Vice President of Vietnamese Community of GA External Affairs (2012-2015). He is also a freelance photographer, web developer.

Young graduated from University of Houston with BS degree in Computer Science and Minor degree in Math in 1987. He had worked for Fortune 500 companies like Boeing, Computer Science Corp, AT&T, General Dynamics. Young has been in team leader positions at the companies above.

In 2006, after moving from Virginia to Georgia, he enrolled in the Community Leadership program organized by GLNI (Gwinnett Neighborhood Leadership Institute.) This program trains and empowers local citizens and community leaders to promote positive changes in their neighborhoods and communities.

In 2009, Young had a chance to involve with Vietnamese Community of Georgia when this organization just opened its new office at Norcross. With interest in the services that VNCGA had provided to the Vietnamese Community, he later became an active member and run for the Vice President of External Affairs for VNCGA.
